though JTWC issues this system Fair for the development, more what i've seen on latest satellite models indicates its look like it intensified into a depression. compact LLCC with windspeed of about 20-25 knots so far within this system with a TUTT over west of Luzon. Will sooner PAGASA will issue a warning regarding this system coz so far based on its position, its affecting Samar and expects a deteriorating weather over that area including Leyte and southrn Bicol this day... just asking?????
