the possible eminent effect of typhoon Ewiniar?

i am worried for the coming days to come for possible disaster if happen. Typhoon Ewiniar slowly moving north for the past 6 hours whereas 2 new system actively developing over South China sea and Caroline is. i believe there are certain things to happen in the coming days as follows:
1. if ewiniar continues to moved slowly then the 2 system also moved slowly as interaction take place over this 3 system. is this possible?
2. though 90% chances this system moved poleward might influence the developing system to follow its path just in case no ridges to block the path are also possible?
3. if this is the case, if the system over north of china sea grew stronger the possibily also it was affected by typhoon ewiniar, it might also be a threat over Luzon?
4. lastly, possible the long monsoon trough to develop over this systems?
