eeeeeew! Ang lakas ng hangiin pare!!! PAGASA better than JTWC?....tracking typhoons since 1994, PAGASA has always been "tantchahan" with their targets. Near misses!....Haven't we remembered Gading (Vicki)in 1998, Katring (?), and well the famous Pepang (Zack)in 1995. They would always tell us that ..."this is unusual, this is abnormal....etc. etc.".....how could Milenyo's 110 kph winds (only as claimed by PAGASA) overturn a 10-wheeler truck, crumpled gigantic billboards, etc!....The scene was very similar to Yoling in 1970 and Rosing in 1995.....no wonder a lot of people underestimated Milenyo......well it would go down to history books again as..."PAGASA's Milennium Blooper with Milenyo"
