Hi Michael Thank you for your website. I am impressed how you single-handedly run your website- definitely more informative than PAGASA's. ABout the windspeeds cited here, I believe more the higher estimates bec. I can gauge it from experience. I have been a tropical cyclone enthusiast since my childhood days, and I can definitely relate to the experience of being hit directly from my place in Cavite (Welming/ Emma in 1967, Sening/ Joan and Yoling/ Patsy in 1970, and of course Mameng/ Sybil and Rosing/ Angela in 1995. Definitely Milenyo is stronger than Seniang/ Bebinca in 2000 and closer to Yoling's 200 kph. Hope to join you in future discussions
