Luckily for PAGASA only a few listened to their bulletin in which they downgraded it into a Severe Tropical Storm...or else lots of criticisms will arise. Check out these Microwave Animations of Milenyo upon passing over Northern tip of Samar and Bicol Region as well as over NCR: http://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/tropic/real-time/marti/2006_18W/webManager/displayGifsBy12hr_03.html http://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/tropic/real-time/marti/2006_18W/webManager/displayGifsBy12hr_04.html
