Hello,this is my first time to post a message here,anyway,I've surfing your website since 2004,regarding PAGASA.well for me,there not really good in forecasting tropical cyclones,because recently,why did they upgrade TD Ompong into TD !!! for me this was actually only a LPA,its low level circulation hasnt even consolidated well !!! Another thing,about the controversial mistake of PAGASA forecasting TYPHOON Milenyo,why did they raise only a signal # 3 over NCR !!! it should be signal # 4,I live here in Paranaque,the eye of Typhoon milenyo passed over our area,how can a signal # 3 uproot so many trees in our area? I hope PAGASA can improve its services in the future.Im now seeing 2
LPA's over Western Pacific Ocean,can I know whats your forecast for this 2 developing LPA's ?
