Well another one has develop so far over the Philippine sea at about 11.8N, 135.7E. Latest images shows some good poleward outflow and divergence aloft over this system. Its look like its heading over either Samar-Bicol area or Samar provinces as developing subtropical ridge over China building up so far. weak wind shear so far are over this system with some decreasing trend within 24 hrs. Well i guess this one should be watch for the next few days.
however iam watching also the one over Eastern coast of Luzon coz it improve so far for the past 6 hrs, but moderate windshear somehow imperil its development but this shear likewise decreasing for the next 24 hrs. It has good poleward outflow and divergence aloft which are good for the system like this to further develop.
