Look like to strike the same area hard hit by Milenyo!

It seems same path are now expected to happen for the next 24 hrs as it moves SW for the past 2 hrs. It hit the S coast of Virac catanduanes by 11a and now nearing the coast of Albay. Some models shows this system hard hitting Camarines prov and W Quezon before moving Laguna and S of Manila, Cavite then Manila bay towards S bataan. We need to take all precautionary measure so far winds here at are Las Pinas 10-15 kts from the WNW with cloudy to overcast with 1009mb. no rainfall yet
