Seniang devastates paradise! Boracay!

Boracay was devastated this early morning 4AM-8AM after the passage of Typhoon Seniang (Utor). Stay tuned for coming news.....island is currently isolated without electricity and adequate medical assistance and services. 80-90% of seacraft and infrastracture damaged.......
