Another area of convection over ESE of Guam (8.5N, 152.5E) slowly developing as improvement over divergence wind and convective clouds, increase in its vorticity wind and broad weak Wind shear are over the area. It seems that this system will develop within 36 hrs. I will keep monitoring for the progress of this system.
by the way the sudden slow movement of utor/Seniang are in response over weakening High over China and Japan this weakeness might cause some poleward channel that will shift to a more N'ry movement but it is expected to die over water as wind shear increases within 48 hrs.
