Will there be another mild La Niņa?

So far the condition over Eastern Equatorial Pacific are having another question on whether the condition of Climate within the next 6 months will be neutral or again towards the development of La Nina Phenonenon. So far the sea surface temperature went colder and anomalies report shows a negative value indicating EL NINO decaying rapidly.
