I think the hottest temperature ever recorded in the Philippines was in Tuguegarao. Im not sure of the date and temp but its in 1957 (or 1967?) and it was about 41 degrees. But take note that 1983-1984, 1988-1989, 1998-1999 have the hottest temp ranges...try checking them out
