Also...the weak MJO. We should expect a turn of events towards the end of June.
I would like you to read this special article which I posted over my site 9 years ago, 1998. And that year, we were gearing also to a La Nina event and it seems its closely similar (except YUTU and KONG-REY). And Dr. Mark Lander said: "No monsoon trough -- No TCs! Easterly wind flow in the tropics of the WNP are per se indicative of conditions
