South China Sea and Philippine Sea warms up!!!

Based on latest daily sea surface temperature shows the sea surface temperature of most areas over south china sea reaches of up to average of 32 degrees extending over philippine sea which are capable of intensifying rapidly any tropical system that might develop over the area mentioned.

Sea surface temperature over Eastern Equatorial pacific continues to cool indicating the La Nina phenomenon nearing soonest.
Still no tropical system likely to developed within this week til early next week however shears over WPAC likely to relax within the end of the month til next week that might allow any tropical system to develop.
Vortices over WPAC slowly developing.
