Hottest Recorded temp in Western Pacific and Oceania was...

The highest temperature recorded in the Western Pacific region including Oceania (Aust & NZ)was taken from,then, the municipality of Tuguegarao in Cagayan province, Philippines last April 29, 1912! It registered a steaming 108 degrees farenheit or 42 degrees celsius (source: 2007 World Almanac)....I think Gen.Santos topped the hottest this year with 38-39 degrees celsius. he he hehe
