New Tropical Cyclone to come close to Luzon next week!

Hello Guys, I've been monitoring for the past 3 days now the formation of a large storm, passing near Luzon on a Batanes-Taiwan path. I hope this will come true, as Luzon is now dried-up. Our season is closely related to that of 1998.
