24w's convection deepening rapidly for the past 12hrs indincating some further strenghtening. Some models project a W to some wsw and WNW tract towards Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

Probably to reach a category 2 to 3 as shears remain low and SST still warm enough to support its intensification and spanning effect of MJO far western pacific.

people over Eastern visayas up to Southern Luzon, Bicol region including Metro manila shall brace for possible effect of 24W.
