Hi! It is possible that heavy rains would be experienced in Metro Manila and the neighboring provinces, starting on or around May 22, 2008. By heavy rains, I mean exceeding an accumulated rainfall of 20 mm over a one-hour period. I have observed an average of 20 mm for one hour to be the disaster rainfall over Metro Manila.
