SATELLITE IR-TRMM IMAGE OF FRANK

These were the main reason why there were flooding everywhere during the passage of typhoon Frank. More than 1100mm of rain fall struck most part of Visayas and Southern Luzon wherein Panay and Cavite, Metro Manila being the hardest hit by flooding
