that explains why we had violent winds here in Boracay Island even though we came as close as 50kms away from Frank. The data showed the culprit of the disaster in Panay. Rain fell on the watershed sources of major rivers of the island, namely Tigum, Aganan, Magapa, Suage, Jalaur, Sibalom and Batiano in Iloilo; Valderrama in Antique; Aklan and Ibajay in Aklan.
