south west monsoon forecast

Hi! Is it possible to have a satellite images/forecast for southwest monsoon ? it is usually the problem of the local government and Deped when to suspend classes due to heavy rain they only rely on typhoon signal for the suspension of classes but even the typhoon will not hit manila or western provinces the rain is causing more damages and floods, hope this will addressed soon. Thanks....
