Hi! I'm a student and I am aware of that situation. They suspend classes after heavy rains. The next day with no classes, the rain is now minimal. How dreadful! Tomorrow, I think, heavy rains will prevail over Luzon as indicated by the satellite image below. As Hagupit grows stronger, the southwest monsoon will strengthen as well. No suspension of classes as of now.
