yes indeed there are signs that another la nina phenomenon expected if continues drop of SST over eastern equatorial pacific and still stronger than normal easterly trade winds near equator and colder thermocline over the area and increased convection along west of International date line support this another phenomenon. if ever this will be a 3rd time since 2006 that la nina occur which the last one was this year alone. possibly above average rainfall may occur along eastern side of the country particularly eastern visayas and Mindanao including bicol region early next year.
I believe this may fall into La nina episode...
