Hi raffy,
yes, i've seen that latest model from ecmwf a few hours ago. As you know, its still early to say if the model will push through, remember last week, it showed 2 TCs east and west of the Philippines but nothing showed up.
Let's hope it won't happen coz it will be a big problem for Northern Luzon. Take note: last year COSME passed over that area where La Nina began to weaken. Since La Nina returned this early 2009, and is weakening again - the possibility is high for it to form. Let's just hope. For me, I always see to it if the storm still exists after 3 to 5 runs of the ECMWF model. If it's still there, then "houston, we have a problem".
