Yes, ECMWF model shows a similar track to COSME. The pre-CRISING system is under the influence of an existing La Nina Phenomenon just like last year when La Nina weakened -- so all eyes on this system. Right now the LPA off Bicol is likely to merge with this South CHina Sea Pre-CRISING system based on the latest animation.
