Yes Raffy, EMONG is coming. I've been looking at the models and thought if it could be the regeneration of CRISING, but I was wrong, it's a brand new system that formed off the southern coast of Vietnam.

JMA and HKO are now issuing warnings on this new system and JTWC has issued a TCFA.

So, from Batangas up to Ilocos Norte are possible impact area of EMONG sometime May 6-8, 2009. Let's see what happens in the coming days. The Weather here in Bicol is improving after 3-4 days of nonstop rains.
