I think a milder El Nino is on the way.
However, a much stronger El Nino is likely 2011-2012. This is based on my analysis that there is a 13-15 year cycle of this ENSO event in which the last one happened in 1997-1998 and 1982-1983...and take note it also coincides with the End of The Mayan Calendar come Dec 2012 - which is also the maximum Solar Activity.
Let's see.
