Hi Raffy!
I think it will be sometime First or 2nd week of June as the next wet phase of MJO arrives over our country.
The most probable formation is over the Philippine Sea and South China Sea. We still don't know how strong it will be but let's hope there will no longer be a FRANK-like system.
