Latest satellite images show a cluster of clouds, about 800-1000 kilometers east of Luzon. Last night, this cloud formation seemed to be disorganized, but this afternoon, it begins to become more organized. I thought it could be a low pressure area which can later turn into a tropical cyclone. Presently, PAGASA, JTWC and JMA don't recognize this "cloud formation" as an LPA.
Will this cloud formation be the next cyclone FERIA of the Philippines?
