I just saw the forecast tracks of this tropical disturbance east of Visayas, and the forecasts show that this system is most likely to drive into the Bicol region and go straight to Southern Luzon area then will be heading more to the north and exit via Ilocos region. I do not know whether is disturbance will intensify into a cyclone or a strong typhoon like Milenyo and Frank, but the present tracks are quite alarming. Is it too early to get ready for this?
