I thought because of the suppressed phase of MJO we will have a long break from rain. Why are these storms forms when MJO is on a supressed convection phase? --Previous Message-- : I just saw the forecast tracks of this : tropical disturbance east of Visayas, and : the forecasts show that this system is most : likely to drive into the Bicol region and go : straight to Southern Luzon area then will be : heading more to the north and exit via : Ilocos region.
