Minimal Effect of Feria upon NCR

Although 'Feria' was earlier reported to "sideswipe" Metro Manila, its main circulation moved to the South China Sea; hence, we did not experience any heavy rainfall and winds at all last night. Fortunately, the storm's coverage became compact and confined to a small area. Had it been larger, there could have been widespread flooding and potential wind damage. Moderate rains and light winds can't be ruled out with 'Feria' moving up and away from NCR as the day progresses.
