I just want to know what is the meaning of a weak supressed phase of MJO,because NOAA is forecasting a weak supressed phase of MJO for the western pacific and the Philippines sometime 1st week of september or the 2nd week.Does this mean a gradual increase of rainfall here in the Philippines and an increased chance of TC formation near PAR or just near PAR?
