Typhoon Pepeng entered PAR this afternoon, but it is not expected to make landfall in any parts of the country. It will track towards Taiwan, but the typhoon's current position is quite alarming. It is tracking west-northwest at the meantime, and only if Pepeng veered more to the northwest or north before nearing Luzon, then the country who's still reeling from Ondoy will be spared.
What are the chances of Pepeng making landfall in Luzon? Taking note that Pepeng is already a typhoon at 1000 km. east of Surigao, it may become a supertyphoon in the coming days. This can be a serious threat to the country.
