This system is about to be named internationally as MIRINAE maybe tomorrow as it intensifies further.
I agree with that. Rosing and (Pre-)Santi got a lot of similarities. Rosing made the halloween season of 1994 haunted. It's international name, ANGELA, is a great opposite of the typhoon itself, it devastated everything along its path, and claimed many lives. Now, Santi is forecast to hit RP this halloween. Santi is somewhat an irony for it's about to wreak havoc in All Saint's Day O_O Take note, Santi's projected path is in the metropolis, just like Rosing.
