Hello, I wish to correct that ROSING was in 1995 and not in 1994. the mild El Niņo this year was similar to 1995. weather systems accross the Philippines are creating these unusual behavior of typhoons. High pressure ridges and other weather patterns really steer these typhoons. Unding 2004, Kadiang 1993, Monang 1993, Frank 2008, etc......October to November are the months where the strongest and/or destructive typhoons of the country occur
