I wish the to correct you my friend. Rosing was in the 1995 season and not 1994. The unpredictable weather systems around the Philippines are creating these unusual behavior of typhoons. High pressure
ridges and other weather patterns really
teer these typhoons. Unding 2004, Kadiang
1993, Monang 1993, Frank 2008, etc......October to November are the months
where the strongest and/or destructive
typhoons of the country occur
