yes, It is likely that our country expects earlier warm and dry weather by february becoming hotter and drier on summer season (march-may/june) as el-nino expected to peak later this month. Though one tropical cyclone already developed over south china sea, drier air remain to penetrate over western pacific atmosphere due lack of moisture caused by colder water. Thunderstorm activity expected to be more stronger over central and eastern pacific as warmer water concentrated over the said areas.
