thanks a lot... i already send my number to your mail... in the meantime... iam monitoring this weak developing circulation 1000+km east of mindanao... though it is weak for a while... its relative vortices and convections improved for the past 6hrs, TPW increases near the area including 10-15kt windshear... hopefully this one answers our prayer after our country badly devastated by drought due to slowly fading El-nino... regards
