99W RAPIDLY CONSOLIDATING

Tropical disturbance 99W invest rapidly consolidating for the past 6-8hrs though its convection relatively decreased within the said time. Latest IR animations shows a very rapid wrapping of LLCC within the area. Upper divergence also is in good condition at 20kt but increasing wind shear are also present over the area. Overall, its potential to become next tropical cyclone still split and critical of surviving remains over the next 24-36hrs.
