PAGASA MADE ANOTHER WRONG FORECAST!!!!

yes as iam writing this time.... mmla facing a direct hit from typhoon conson... signal no 1 still hoisted as of this time 8p over mmla as typhoon conson almost 100km away east of the city as it moves more westward as of this time... when will they learn?????
