Chances are high for tropical cyclone development specially as MJO most likely to arrive next week (as it now over most of Indian Ocean extending over SE Asia). Formation of much deeper convection now observed most over SE asia, East asia even in Philippines Sea and vortices shows some increases for the past week over western Pacific. It is most likely that TC formation might develop over Philippines sea next week
