Hi guys,

Yup you're right. Monsoon Depression or gyre must be the correct input of this DOMENG. They need experts that do DVORAK ANALYSIS. I've heard from a close friend who were formerly of PAGASA that they lack this knowledge and also other aspects that needs to be considered in analyzing the lower and upper levels of the atmosphere.
