definitely true... we may have a way below average this year but what concerns me is this upcoming fall to early summer next year... because this is the time we felt the initial effect of La-nina mostly over eastern side of our country including the behavior of upcoming tropical cyclons. What we need to is ready ourselves time to time to avoid another catastrophe in our country.
