9:30pm 16th of March,
Metro Cebu weather condition - quiet, clear skies, humid, wind of less than 10 kph.
My projection is that Metro Cebu will only experience rains and winds not more than 15kph during Aurings passage tomorrow morning. Maybe business as usual for Metro Cebu but Bantayan and Malapascua islands might severely affected by the storm, kinda sad for Bantayan this near Holy Week. Mactan island might only experience rains and weak winds so maybe nothing to worry...
