11:15 pm...no rain, light to moderate winds from the northeast here in Iloilo City. Iloilo is protected by Guimaras Island (elev. more or less 300 m.) and bacolod is protected by Kanlaon volcano (2,465 m) and Mt. mandalagan (1,446 m) but its better to prepare for the worst.anything could happen....i'm at 09172746547 if u wish to contact me here in Iloilo City
