Auring passes over Iloilo province....we're surprised!

At about 5-7 AM the whole city and province of Iloilo was bracing for the worst but only the towns of Barotac Viejo, Anilao, Banate, Dingle, Pototan, Mina, Janiuay, Badiangan, Dueñas, Lambunao, Calinog and the city of Passi experienced the typhoon's 45-55kph (?)winds (where was the 105kph?)and heavy rain. As if the typhoon shrunk when at about past 8:45AM the skies cleared and....that's it! We were quite surprised that the worst did not happen as expected. thanks....bu i find it wierd....he he hehe
