I suggest :
READING AND COMPREHENSION REFRESHER/CRASH COURSE - for PAGASA forecasters (for them to better read, understand and to inform us on what they are writing and publishing)
REFRESHER COURSE ON PUBLIC STORM SIGNAL WARNINGS-estimation, timing and broadcasting (for them to know when and where to put a warning signal)
BASIC TYPHOON PLOTTING AND UNDERSTANDING TROPICAL CYCLONES - for journalists, broadcasters, media practitioners and government agencies (for them to think twice before operating their machine-gun mouths and criticizing statements; to know how to do simple typhoon "basics" in case PAGASA becomes quite "unreliable" with weather bulletins and unorganized warning systems.
and well...THEY SHOULD ALL START LEARNING TO CLICK THOSE MOUSES AND LOG INTO THE INTERNET...ITS THE 21ST CENTURY FOR #$%x&* SAKE! VISIT OUR WEBSITE (he hehe he he) ..... and for those forecasters to start using IODIZED SALT ha?....its better late than never!
