Virac, Catanduanes Marine Forecasts

Can anyone help me get accurate marine forecasts for Catanduanes? I do a lot of offshore fishing, approximately 40km to 60 km NE of Virac and have been unable to find accurate marine forecasts. Of particular interest to me are wind and wave height data. I find PAGASA so dangerously lacking in this vital information.
