If you are using PHP to get the time, here is the code:
----------------------------------
$zone = 3600 * 8;
$today = gmdate("j F Y, g:i a", time() + $zone);
echo $today." Philippines Time";
----------------------------------
You should get a result like this:
1 May 2005, 5:55 pm Philippines Time
